Delivery estimates are calculated from dispatch and may extend during sale periods. International duties for non-EU orders are shown at checkout.
Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items in their original packaging for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return
- Go to Track Order or your account and select the item.
- Choose a reason and print your prepaid returns label.
- Drop the parcel at any partner point within 14 days.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days. You'll get an email at each step.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, worn items and items without original packaging cannot be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
